News 12 New Jersey writes that GameStop will close more stores than they had originally planned on. The article states that the gaming store originally announced they would close 320 store closures back in March, but now an additional 100 stores will join the list, and it says the closures come due to a drop in revenue.

As of now, there is no word on which locations will be closing. GameStop has a number of New Jersey locations - including at the Ocean County Mall.

GameStop is a regular stop on my family's trips to the mall because my brother is obsessed with video games! I know if any of the locations near us close, he'll be upset, but it looks like the store will still have online shopping available.

Other businesses have announced store closures this year, such as New York and Company, Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Worksand Bed Bath and Beyond, to name a few.

It's always upsetting to hear about planned store closures. I immediately think of the employees who will lose their jobs. Are you upset to hear about GameStore's planned additional closures?
