Rocket Launch Visible In NJ Has Been Rescheduled To Saturday
UPDATE 2:15 P.M. - Due to strong winds, NASA has rescheduled the Antares rocket launch that was scheduled for Friday afternoon until tomorrow, Saturday, February 15th:

If we get some breaks in the clouds over Ocean County by mid-afternoon on Friday (Feb 14), we should be able to see a NASA rocket launch from right here in New Jersey.
The Antares rocket is scheduled to blast off from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia at 3:43 P.M.
According to the visibility map published by NASA, if the clouds break up for us by then, we should be able to see the rocket about 2 minutes after launch:
