Every Friday join us while we are broadcasting live at the Community Medical Center RWJ Barnabas Boardwalk Studio in Seaside Park, it's FREE Yoga on the beach with Crunch Fitness!

Yoga begins at 6 am on the beach in Seaside Park. Park in the Sawmill parking lot.
