Four Neptune Township residents arrested for dealing pot
Four Neptune residents are in a heap of trouble following a two-month sting into possible drug dealing by investigators in Monmouth County.
An executed search warrant Tuesday November 21 on the 300 block of Myrtle Avenue yielded over eight pounds of marijuana, THC oil cartridges, drug packaging paraphernalia, brass knuckles and $2,550.00 in cash.
Caryn Savage, 51, along with Tracey Savage, 26, Justin Holmes, 29, and Jykiria Dimiduk, 24, were all arrested as a result of the probe into alleged dealing of marijuana.
Collectively they're charged with Possession of over 50 grams Marijuana (4th degree), Possession of over 5-lbs Marijuana with intent to Distribute (2nd degree), Possession of over 5-lbs Marijuana with intent to Distribute in a School Zone (3rd degree), Possession of THC Oils (4th degree), Possession of THC oils with the intent to Distribute (3rd degree), Possession of THC oils with intent in a school zone (3rd degree) and Possession of Drug Packaging Paraphernalia (Disorderly Persons Offense).
Justin Holmes received an added charge of Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (brass knuckles), which is a 4th degree offense.
Holmes, Dimiduk and both of the Savage's were released on summonses.
The two-month investigation was run between the Neptune Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit, Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Strike Force and Wall Township Police Department K-9 unit.
