Evesham Police link drug overdose victim to Camden City trio
The source of an overdose victims drug supply in Evesham allegedly comes from three Camden City residents who now all face possession and distribution related charges.
Evesham Police found man who overdosed in the men's room of a business on Route 73 March 11 and administered narcan to the victim who was unconscious and not breathing.
He regained consciousness from the narcan and was brought to the hospital where he made a full recovery.
A narcotics investigation by the Evesham Police Department narcotics unit resulted in the arrest of three individuals from Camden City suspected of distributing/conspiring to distribute marijuana and heroin in theTownship.
Jonathan M. Richburg, 25, was arrested and charged with 3rd degree Possession of CDS (marijuana) w/Intent to distribute, 4th degree Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin and a disorderly person's offense for Hindering Apprehension (providing false identifiers to police) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in with no bail.
Dante L. Rodgers, 26, was arrested and charged with 3rd degree Possession of CDS (marijuana) w/Intent to distribute, 4th degree Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin and a disorderly person's offense for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was released on his own recognizance.
Elizabeth Ruiz, 21, was arrested and charged with 3rd degree Possession of CDS (marijuana) w/Intent to distribute, 4th degree Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin and a disorderly person's offense for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
She was released on her own recognizance.
