I love the balloon festival. To see those hot air balloons all take off at the same time is an incredible sight, one you'll want to see in your lifetime.
Here's what you need to know about the 2019 QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning:
The 37th Annual QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning takes place at the Solberg Airport in Readington, NJ. It takes place Friday, July 26th, 2019, Saturday, July 27th, 2019, and Sunday, July 28th, 2019.
- Gates open at 1:00 p.m. with fireworks closing the festival at 9:30 p.m.
- Balloons go up at 6:45 p.m.
- Musical guest features a tribute to ABBA
- Gates open at 6 a.m.
- Balloons go up twice, at 6:45 a.m. and at 6:30 p.m.
- Night-time Balloon Glow takes place at 8:30 p.m.
- The Band Perry will perform
