Donate Your Old Prom Dress at the Ocean County Library

If your old Prom dress or Tuxedo is taking up space in your home, you can donate it to someone in need. 

The Ocean County Library is holding its 12th Annual Prom Dress drive from now until March 13th. You can drop off any gently-used or new prom dresses during business hours at any Ocean County Library branch. The Ocean County Library states that they are currently not in need of any accessories, shoes, purses, and bridesmaid dresses.

Once the donations have been collected, giveaways for the dresses and tuxedos will be held on multiple dates:

• Toms River Branch: March 24th, 25th, and 26th from 3 pm - 8 pm.
• Barnegat Branch: April 1st and 2nd from 3 pm - 8 pm
• Little Egg Harbor Branch: April 7th and 8th from 4 pm - 8 pm
• Lakewood Branch: April 27th from 10 am - 4 pm  and April 29th from 4 pm - 8 pm
