My suitcase is sitting in the middle of my bedroom floor and I've been walking around it since returning home from vacation.  Clearly, doing laundry has not been a priority.  There have been other, more important, things to do after being away for a week. Okay, well maybe catching up on DVR shows should not be considered more important than unpacking, but you get my point.

Some people bring their suitcases from the car straight into the laundry room and start washing a load immediately.   I'm sure there's some psychological benefit to dealing with the luggage right away, to help us transition from vacation to real life.   I've just never been in a rush to put stuff away after my trips.

What's your post-vacation routine?  Do you unpack and organize as soon as you get home?  Or does it take you a while to empty out your suitcase?  Please share in the comments section below.
