Wall Township Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a woman who's accused of withdrawing money after depositing fraudulent checks at banks throughout the Garden State.

Wall Police said on Thursday, January 16th they were contacted by the Spring Lake Police Department after a Detective observed suspicious activity at a Wall Township bank branch. According to an investigation, the woman deposits a fraudulent check at one bank and then attempts to withdraw the money from another bank. To date, police said she has successfully withdrawn an unspecified amount of money.

The woman is described as being a tall black female, in her late 20's to early 30's, wearing a stud type metal nose ring and block lettering tattooed across her chest (not colored in) and tattoos on her hands and fingers.

She was last seen operating a 2014 tan Chevy Tahoe bearing New York registration GJA8861, which has been identified as a rented vehicle from Maplewood, NJ.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the two lead detective on the case, Det. Rick Pasqualini and Detective Elio Scarpa of the Wall Township Police Department. They can be reached at 732-449-4500.
