If you're a regular reader of WOBM.com, you know that I'm a huge stargazing fan.

Few things get me more excited than a clear, bright sky with crystal clear stars and planets or a good meteor shower.

So, I'm a little bummed that I missed last night's (April 16th) impressive fireball that streaked across the New Jersey sky.

The American Meteor Society took hundreds of reports from people stretching from Philadelphia to as far away as Virginia who say that they saw the fireball streak across the sky just before 11 p.m.

The biggest clusters of reports came from South Jersey and Eastern Maryland.

Thankfully, it was caught on camera, too:

If you saw Tuesday night's fireball meteor, you can click here for The American Meteor Society's page on the event and make a report.
