It is that time once again in Southern Ocean County. Time to enjoy delicious dining in the Long Beach Island area and it's a welcome event during the dead of winter. The annual LBI Restaurant Week is going on now through Sunday, February 4th. If you are not familiar with this annual event, according to a recent Patch article, "Started by the Facebook group Long Beach Island BITES, this annual event has quickly become a beloved tradition both on and off the island as restaurants in Barnegat, Manahawkin and Tuckerton also participate. These eateries offer special menus and deals as part of the fun."
According to the Patch, here are the restaurants participating in LBI Restaurant Week:
- Anna Bananas
- The Black Whale (pending renovation end date)
- Buckalew's
- Burger 25
- Chegg
- Daddy O's

App.com did an article that features many of the participating restaurants and the dishes they will be serving up for you to try this year. Check out what meals you might want to try out.
