Jiampetti was charged in July 2020 and is no longer employed by the district.

The Burlington County Prosecutors Office and Mount Holly Police were assisted in the infestation by Berlin Police and the Lower Camden County Regional Special Response Team.

The case was presented to the grand jury by Burlington County Assistant Prosecutor Stephen Eife, supervisor of the BCPO Major Crimes Unit – Special Victims Section.
