Brick man arrested for late night trespassing outside a woman’s home

A Brick man who was allegedly trespassing in a woman's yard on Hardean Road Sunday morning around 1:00 am found himself in handcuffs shortly thereafter.

The 21-year old woman said that she saw a shadow outside her bedroom window and then called police.

Officers arrived and found Ryan Hubbard, who also lives on Hardean Road, hiding in a wooded area behind the home crouching next to a tree.

Hubbard was arrested and then charged with Criminal Trespassing.

He was released on a summons pending a court date.
