Island Beach State Park a great bike trail that goes on for miles and miles!

Barnegat Branch Trail- I've been on this trail, it's a beautiful ride through Ocean County.

In Brick, the Sawmill Bike Trail...a co-worker loves this trail.  Try it out.  You can enter this trail from different areas of Brick.

Riding our bikes is one of the best things we do as a family.  I'm not a big exerciser but there is nothing like riding my bike along a shaded path.  My favorite place in the whole world to ride our bikes, the boardwalk.  We usually go to Seaside to ride along the boards.  It's an early morning thing, though.  Bikes are not allowed on the boardwalk later in the afternoon.  If you haven't taken your bike over to Seaside Heights boardwalk, or any boardwalk..please do.  I think you'll really enjoy it and the kids will, too.

For a quick bike ride close to us in Lacey is Gille Park.  It's a great trail, with a playground that is a huge hit with our family.
