The victim called her mother to pick her up around 11:30 am and her mom's horn scared the driver away.

The driver repeatedly continually passed the woman as she was jogging along the road and kept looking at her, the victim told police.

Investigators describe the car a red two-door older style sports car and the driver as a white male around 60-years old.

It wasn't disclosed if the driver knew the victim or how old she was.

Anyone with information is urged to call police.
