Atlantic County Prosecutor Takes Ray Rice Case

The weekend incident in Atlantic City that ended in the arrest of Ravens running back Ray Rice and his fiancee has moved from city police investigators to the office of Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain.

McClain's office issued a terse statement that local police issued the request to "ensure all appropriate charges are considered." Right now he's facing a disorderly-persons charge of simple assault.
