Asbury Park teen missing, police broaden search

An Asbury Park 14-year-old, last seen February 19, is the object of a growing search by city police.

America Rice, also known as Serenity, is described as a black female, light brown complexion and red/auburn hair, standing 5'2" and weighing 145 pounds.
