Anonymous gun buy-backs September 10 in Asbury Park
Asbury Park hosts it, centered in Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccione's satellite office, 710 Main Street, from 8:30 AM until 5 PM.
The program is no-questions-asked.
Authorities will pay $25 for each rifle or shotgun, $100 for each hand gun, and $200 for each assault weapon. No finanicial compensation is provided for ammunition, replica firearms, BB guns or pellet guns.
Asbury Park police remind you to transport weapons responsibly and safely - in a box, or carry case, or with a trigger lock engagged. Do not carry it on you, concealed.
