Admitting To Bingeing And Cheating (with Netflix)
Now that I've got your attention, let me say that the headline refers to a survey that shows a whole lot of people are binge watching their favorite shows. Well, that's not really news. The surprising findings have to do with cheating. That is, one partner or friend watching ahead of the other. It happens sometimes when the person falls asleep. And sometimes before they get home from work.
I know how tempting it can be to watch more episodes! My friend and I are fans of that show "Grace and Frankie" starring Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin. We got together at my place to watch the first few episodes of Season 3 when it premiered in March. But then two months passed before we could have another viewing session together. Believe me, there were days I thought about cheating, and watching a few episodes without her, but I stayed strong! So did she. I'm happy to report that last night we got together and picked up where we left off.
But I do totally understand the temptation! Some of these shows are addictive that you just want to keep watching.
