A Change for Walkers This Year in the Toms River Halloween Parade

This year's Toms River Halloween Parade will take place Thursday October 31st, 2019 and some changes were made for walkers participating in the parade this year.

Last year most participants - floats and walkers - were at the Kohl's Plaza with walkers in the front of Kohl's and floats were in the back and side. For walkers this year there is a bit of a change. Walking groups will be lining up this year on Highland Parkway:
