NJ Transit's summer schedule during Penn Station repairs leaves no commuters out of the pain zone, but doesn't unduly overload any one line. North Jersey Coast Line passengers have minimal timetable changes, but Hoboken-bound riders will have to switch trains in Newark and Secaucus. The schedule stays in effect July 10 through September 1.
