UPDATE, 6:00pm - Ocean County Traffic Watch reports that the car fire has been cleared from Route 37.

You'll want to avoid Route 37 Westbound, right by the White Castle, as an SUV has been fully engulfed by flames.

As emergency responders attend to the situation, lanes will be closed and traffic will obviously be seriously impacted during the busiest time of the day on one of the busiest roads in Ocean County.
