WWE Hall of Famer arrested for DWI in Seaside Heights
WWE Hall of Famer Tamara Lynn "Sunny" Sytch has been charged with DWI following her arrest on Saturday night in Seaside Heights, Detective Steve Korman tells WOBM News.
Seaside Heights Patrolman Christopher Linnell along with Ocean County Sheriffs Officer Kevin Fennessy conducted a motor vehicle stop on the 100 Block of Dupont Avenue around 6:30 pm Saturday which is when 46-year old Tamara Sytch from Belford, New Jersey was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.
In addition to the arrest, Sytch was given a summons for allegedly having an open alcohol container in a Motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a MV and reckless driving.
Ocean County Sheriff's Officer Kevin Fennessy wrote Sytch a summons for Failure to stop at a stop sign, Wrong way on a one-way street, suspended drivers license and careless driving.
In addition, Sytch had outstanding traffic warrants in the jurisdictions of Holmdel NJ Police Department for $1500.00 and Knowlton NJ Police Department for $1000.00.
Sytch was later released from Seaside Heights Police Department to Holmdel Police Department.
A request for comment by WOBM News to WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon has not been returned.
WWE Spokesman Matthew Altman has also not provided any comment on the investigation.
