I hope I didn't miss anyone's scarecrow as I took my photos of this year's scarecrows in Downtown Toms River. If there are any that were hiding from me please send me your photo to add to our gallery.

According to Downtown Toms River, Scarecrows will be on display now through Halloween, October 31st. Voting ballots will be available at participating businesses. You can cast your votes by dropping off your ballots at The Downtown Shops @ 53 Main, 53 Main Street in Downtown Toms River or at the Ocean County Library at 101 Washington Street in Downtown Toms River.

"The Scarecrow Walk is once again returning to Downtown Toms River.  The streets in downtown are lined with scarecrows for this annual event.  For two weeks the public is invited to visit and vote on their favorite. Participating businesses will have ballots for voting.  Just look for the Scarecrow Walk poster in their window!"

"Again, this year we will have two chances to win.  The first is the traditional People’s Choice, where the public votes on their favorite scarecrow.  The second will be the Judge’s Choice.  Special Judges will vote on the best scarecrow."
