Whiting man charged with stealing cabinets from thrift shop
Manchester Police have charged a man with stealing cabinets from outside of Ken's This and That thrift store in Whiting last week, in the middle of the night.
Fernando Garcia, 45, was identified thanks to numerous tips, Chief Lisa Parker, said received by the Manchester Township Police Department's Investigation Bureau.
The cabinets have been returned to the store owner and Garcia was arrested, charged with one count of theft and then released on a summons pending a future court date.
