Berkeley Township: Here’s How To Get Your 2026 White Sands Beach Badge Refund

If you already picked up your 2026 seasonal beach badge for White Sands Beach, there’s an important update before summer officially begins at the Jersey Shore.

Following the recent annexation of South Seaside Park and Seaside Park’s takeover of White Sands Beach operations from Berkeley Township, previously issued Berkeley Township beach badges will no longer be accepted for access to the beach this season.

Because of the change, Berkeley Township officials are now offering full refunds to anyone who purchased 2026 seasonal White Sands Beach badges.

Why White Sands Beach Badges Are Being Refunded

According to Berkeley Township officials, the Borough of Seaside Park has decided not to honor the seasonal badges originally issued by Berkeley Township for White Sands Beach, from Berkeley Township Facebook page.

In response, Mayor John Bacchione and the Berkeley Township Council approved a full refund program for residents and visitors who no longer wish to keep their badges.

Anyone seeking a refund must bring their 2026 seasonal beach badge with them in order to receive a refund check.

Where And When To Get Your Beach Badge Refund

Refunds will be available at several locations and dates over the next week.

• Thursday, May 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Friday, May 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Berkeley Township Annex – Seaside Park

1455 SE Central Avenue, Seaside Park

• Saturday, May 23 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
