Will The Jersey Shore See Snow Next Week?

We have had some sloppy winter weather this week here in New Jersey and depending on where you live in the state you have seen some snow, ice, freezing rain, and rain. Just enough to make for a slow commute. Now it looks like snow is possible for the Jersey Shore next week.

Were you dreaming of a "White Valentine's Day"? We are just about a week away from Cupid's visit and we could see a little "white" with the "red". An App.com article points out that there is a chance of snow next Wednesday, February 12th.

According to App.com, "Weather.com is calling for a mix of snow and rain on Wednesday, Feb. 12. Snow is predicted to fall most of the morning before turning to a wintry mix later in the day." This weather could arrive in New Jersey just before Valentine's Day Friday, February 14th.

In addition, App.com says "Snowfall predictions for the Jersey Shore range from under an inch to three inches, depending on your location."

I think many are fans of some snow in February, but when March arrives and St. Patrick's Day approaches, it's time to put the snow shovels away. Do you agree with what I am saying? I'm a go for some light snow in February but when March arrives let's wrap up the winter weather.

It looks like next week, winter weather will be more frequent in Monmouth County than in Ocean County. Forecasters are saying that Monmouth County will see more snow at this point than Ocean County.
