What's Open, What's Closed for Good Friday in Ocean County

Good Friday is a Christian holiday observed during Holy Week - some places are closed today.

Most schools are closed, there are some having half days here at the Jersey Shore before Spring break begins. Most banks will be open, but Municipal offices will be closed, and the Ocean County Library is closed today.

Post offices will be open today and regular mail delivery will take place today (Good Friday), however the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) will be closed today. Fed Ex and UPS will be delivering as scheduled.
