What Would You Like To See Here in Beachwood?

I can't tell what it's going to be and I don't see any signs.

It's right along Rt. 9 (Atlantic City Blvd.), right before 166 in Beachwood.  Will it be a store of some kind or an office building?

Does anyone know what's going there in Beachwood?
