It's a rather weird question and I hope this stays positive. BESIDES traffic, what would you ban from Toms River to make it better? Number one, I'm sure a lot of you would agree with me: The Red Roof Inn - it's coming down soon. Maybe you'd ban a circle and add a traffic light in that area?
