What Do You Want to See in this Spot in Beachwood

It's been vacant for a while along Rt. 9 in Beachwood and it's been for sale for some time now too.

It was the old Welsh Farms, then a Vape Shop. It's been empty and it's time to see something in there. I really like the shape of the building. Maybe a bagel shop? It's a different looking building but I think if the right thing moves in there, it will do really well. But please, not another pharmacy!
