What Do We Do With This Statue in Toms River

We've been having so much fun with these statues all over Downtown Toms River.  The statues will be in Toms River through-out the Summer.

Can you find all of them?  There are about 20 statues all over Downtown.

Here's the one we're having trouble with..what do we do with this guy throwing away the trash?  We need your suggestions?
