Welcome Home The Little Leaguers To Toms River

They gave us thrills for weeks and tonight the Toms River East Little League and the town itself will welcome home the 13 players and three coaches who were among just 16 teams in the country to make it to Williamsport for the LL World Series.

At 6pm the team will arrive by bus with a police escort to the East Little League complex on Windsor Avenue and the public is invited and urged to show their support and celebrate the accomplishments of this amazing group.  Little League officials are encouraging people to make signs and cheer on our "Boys of Summer" as they return home.
