Two Lakewood men have been arrested following a multi-town narcotics investigation into cocaine distribution between Lakewood and Brick.

Brick Police announced on Monday that James Brown Jr., 40, of Lakewood and Ricky Enalls, 42, of Lakewood have been arrested and subsequently charged for their drug related offenses.

The Brick Police Street Crimes Unit made the arrests as well as executed four search warrants on Laurel Avenue in Brick, in the Wood Lake Manor and High Point Complexes in Lakewood as well as on a vehicle.

Brown Jr. was arrested for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.

He was brought to the Ocean County Jail.

Enalls was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and was then released on a summons.
