Two-car crash in Manchester sends 3 people to the hospital Friday
Two Somerset residents and a Massachusetts man were transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center with serious injuries Friday night following a two-car crash on Route 530 around 7 pm in the Whiting section of Manchester Township.
An initial investigation by police determined 50-year old Zantesh Ingalls of Somerset who was driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, was heading east on Route 530 and was trying to turn left into 'America's Keswick' when he was hit on the passenger side where his 19-year old son Jaazaniah was sitting by a 2014 Ford Mustang.
The driver of the mustang, 23-year old Garrett Mulligan of Middleborough, Massachusetts was heading eastbound upon the collision and sustained major damage to the front end of his car.
Mulligan suffered a non-life threatening but serious leg injury and was flown to Jersey Shore Medical Center for treatment, while Zantesh and Jaazaniah were transported via ambulance to receive care for non-life threatening injuries.
The current condition of the victims is unknown but the crash remains under investigation.
