Toms River Will Host It’s 91st Annual Memorial Day Parade
Honoring Those Who Have Given The Ultimate Sacrifice For Their Country
Memorial Day Weekend is known as the "unofficial" kickoff to summer, a weekend for hot dogs and hamburgers, days at the beach, nighttime BBQs, and days off from work, but it is also a time to remember.

Memorial Day Weekend is a time to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the United States of America. They cannot be with us, so we honor and remember them.
One such event is celebrating its 91st Annual event, and that's the annual Toms River Memorial Day Parade, which began in 1934.
The George P Vanderveer Post 129 of the American Legion will observe Memorial Day in Toms River on Monday, May 26th, 2025, with their 91st Annual Memorial Day Parade.
The parade will assemble at 9 am and step off at 9:30 am from Highland Parkway at Main Street and proceed south to Toms River Town Hall for Ceremonies.
