Toms River Police need you to take a look at a video of a man who allegedly robbed a 711 and a Rite Aid within hours on Thursday morning.

The man pictured entered the 711 on Route 37 near Oak Ridge Parkway around 1:40 am allegedly brandishing a knife and then demanded money before taking off on foot.

It was just a couple hours later at 5:59 am that police say the same man entered the Rite Aid at Route 70 and Whitesville Road and again brandished a knife and demanded money before fleeing on foot.

Anyone with information regarding these incidents or the male is asked to contact Detective James Carey at 732-349-0150 extension 1292 or at jcarey@trpolice.org.

Toms River Police are also asking residents who live in the area of either incident to check their surveillance cameras to see if the male or any suspicious vehicles were observed during the time frame indicated.
