Toms River Township Police are asking for your eyes and ears as they investigate an attempted home burglary and vehicle burglary that occurred on Vincenzo Drive.

It was around 10:30 pm on April 27 that police said surveillance video captured two people try to enter a home on Vincenzo Drive and who were unsuccessful because the door was locked.

When they realized they couldn't walk into the home, they gave up and moved on to trying and burglarizing the neighbor's vehicle, which was also locked.

From there, Toms River Police said the two suspects took off in a dark sports utility vehicle.

Police are asking that you take a long look at their shoes, clothes, and mannerisms as they are often helpful in identifying suspects in cases like this one.
