Thunderbirds & Blue Angels Will Fly Over NJ, NY, Philly April 28

Talk has been circulating for a few days speculating about honorary flyovers of our area by the Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy Blue Angels demonstration teams.

Earlier today, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst shared a post by the Thunderbirds with details of the April 28th flyover of New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia:

The announcement says that you'll be able to see the teams at the following times on Tuesday, April 28th:

• Newark, New York City, & the surrounding areas - 12 Noon
• Trenton - 1:45 P.M.
• Philadelphia - 2:00 P.M.

The flights are to honor the frontline responders who have been putting their lives on the line during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
