This Silly Boy So “Dog” Gone Cute-Pet of the Week

Boone is playful and hoping for his forever home.

Boone is such a character. Just give him a ball and watch him turn back into a puppy. This 9 year old border collie/cattle dog mix is with them because the person that adopted him from Tennessee passed away, and his new family could no longer care for him. Boone had some trust issues upon arrival, and who could blame him? Life has let Boone down, but he's still hopeful that he'll find that special someone, someday. Boone has learned to trust again and although he will never trust children and needs a home without kids, he bonds with adults quickly, and he loves to make them laugh. Boone is very well-behaved, gentle, loving, and so silly and playful. He housebroken and he's good with dogs and cats too. He just needs a family that will give him time to trust them, then he'll be the most loving and loyal best friend you've ever had.
