This Haunted Hayride in Ocean County Will Scare You

I'm not a fan of haunted houses, but I love a good haunted hayride.

My 13-year-old is finally trying these scary things out and I'm loving it. This past weekend we went to a haunted hayride, her first one. We went to Dracula's Domain in Jackson (right next to Six Flags Great Adventure). She was nervous getting our tickets and climbing on the haunted hayride wagon. I was, too. I've been going to this haunted hayride for several years and this year was the best ever.

Dracula's Domain has several haunted areas for you to get scared, but for us, it was the haunted hayride only. Are you kidding me they have a haunted corn maze too? No thank you. The scary trail was about 25 minutes through the dark fields. My imagination was going crazy, with clowns, zombies, and others jumping on the hayride wagon. I have to be honest, I was scared. It was really good.

Kudos to the actors and employees that work this haunted hayride, it was excellent, in my opinion. Just driving through the dark fields and the spooky music being played along the way, they knew just how to scare us.
