The Ruby Tuesday chain has cut its Jersey Shore footprint by 60% with the closing of two Monmouth County locations and one in Ocean County.

All three locations are at pretty high traffic areas, with the location on Route 70 in Lakewood, on Route 66 in Neptune Township, right next to the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, and at the Freehold Raceway Mall all shuttering.

A quick look at the Ruby's website shows the those locations have already been removed from the list of New Jersey locations.

The Asbury Park Press is reporting that signs have gone up in the windows at the Ruby's locations on Route 70 in Lakewood and at the Freehold Raceway Mall saying simply:

This Ruby Tuesday location is closed, we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

There are still two Ruby Tuesday locations nearby, with the Toms River location on Route 37 and the Monmouth Mall location still operating.
