A Mount Laurel man who felt the need for speed is awarded with a ticket by police in Evesham.

Sean Reeve, 32, allegedly floored it down Route 73 Sunday around 12:45 pm where he cut off several cars and almost caused an accident.

When police caught up to him near Lincoln Drive they found him in possession of drugs.

During the officer's investigation he found out that Reeve who initially gave him a fictitious name was a wanted person.

A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of illegal pharmaceutical pills, heroin paraphernalia and stolen checks.

Reeve is charged with three counts of 3rd degree Possession of Narcotics, 4th degree Hindering arrest, 4th degree Possession of Stolen Checks and a Disorderly Persons Offense for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail with no bail.
