Teen Found Dead in Toms River Hotel Room

The lifeless body of an 18-year-old Brick Township woman is discovered in a hotel room in downtown Toms River.

Police say the woman was found in the Red Roof Inn on Water Street at around 10:30 Tuesday morning.

Toms River Police, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, the County Sheriff's Department, along with the narcotics unit are investigating the death. Her identity has not been released.
