A Manchester man who got busy over a four day period this month for all the wrong reasons is arrested for burglary and shoplifting in Toms River.

Nathan Raymond Boyce, 24, is accused of snatching a woman's purse at the McDonald's on Fischer Boulevard June 7, dropping it when confronted by the woman and then running off before his arrest near the ShopRite across the street.

Three days later, police say he allegedly stole two bottles of Robitussin and a t-shirt from Walmart on Route 37 on June 10 and entered a Hooper Avenue home while the residents were sleeping.

The day after that he was caught when he was observed stealing items by KMART Loss Prevention on June 11.

He was transferred to the County Jail where no bail was set and is awaiting trial.

The public is reminded that criminal charges are accusations only. Every criminal defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
