I think maybe at one time I was a "Sports Junkie". I would get so wrapped up in my teams, I would get upset when we lost, and yes, I walked into the studio many times, years ago, mildly mad, and let it affect my day.

Now that I look back at it, I wasted a lot of time with my teams, and let's face it, for the majority of the time, your teams will lose. Yes, it's great when the Giants win the Super Bowl (Yes, we have one twice as many as the Eagles, just sayin' lol) or when the Devils win the Stanley Cup, etc., etc. No one wins all the time, not even the Yankees, so you have to just let it go and enjoy the game.
