Speeding Galloway Township driver causes three-car crash
An Ocean County man is among those who suffer minor injuries in a car accident in Egg Harbor Township Saturday April 7.
Police say Randy Gibbs, 40, of Galloway was speeding along Hingston Avenue in a 2001 black Mercedes sedan, flew thru a red light and into an intersection by Tilton Road where he hit the passenger side of a 2002 white Ford van that was being driven westbound by Albert Rgaozzino Jr., 52, of Mullica Hill, Gloucester County.
Gibbs fled the scene and hit a 2011 brown Ford pickup driven by David Zamoznick, 59, of Bayville.
He fled again but this time into the Tilton Inn parking lot where he hit a fire hydrant and a parked car before police arrived around 5:23 pm and placed him under arrest.
Gibb's is charged with Driving While Impaired along with getting several motor vehicle summonses while criminal charges are pending a full investigation.
