Silverton EMT’s bring life into the world

There's nothing better than a story about the gift of life coming into the world.

In the early Monday morning hours around 3:12 am, Silverton EMS was dispatched to mile marker 82 southbound for a vehicle on the side of the road with a woman in labor.

Upon their arrival EMT's Josh Kopp and Nick McGinley assisted in the delivery, along with MONOC Paramedics, of a healthy baby girl at 3:25 am.

Mom, Dad and of course the daughter are all reportedly doing well and were transported to Community Medical Center following the birthday.
