Should Halloween Be Moved to the Last Saturday of October ? [POLL]

So does the idea of moving Halloween sound good to you? In a recent News 12 segment, they discussed the idea. In that report, they cited a nationwide petition, started in New Jersey, that asks the federal government to move Halloween from Oct. 31 to whatever date the last Saturday in October would be.

I can honestly say I'm up in the air on this one. We are so used to October 31st being Halloween, but would it really change the holiday if it were the last Saturday in October? It would make it easier on folks, because it would be a Saturday....or would it?
