Shop Healthy in Ocean County with the Ocean County Health Department

The Ocean County Health Department is running a new program for Ocean County grocery shoppers.

According to the patch.com, the program is called "How to Shop Healthy on a Budget with a Registered Dietitian." The Ocean County Health Department will show us how to shop smart and a guided grocery tour at local Walmart's in Ocean County. This is something I definitely need. Guide me please, I've heard the outside of the isles are the best. Is that the truth? Guess we'll find out.

The sessions taking place will discuss different food types and diabetes, also.

January 27th, 2020 - 1-3 pm - Walmart in Brick

February 19th, 2020 - 1-3 pm - Walmart in Lanoka Harbor

March 23rd, 2020 - 1-3 pm - Walmart in Little Egg Harbor
